With great raffle prizes and tons of free games to play, Coin-Op Gaslamp's second Pink Strength fundraiser is one not to be missed!

Raffle proceeds will go to services for AYA cancer patients, such as community events and patient/survivor activities (see example below!). During the event, Coin-Op will also donate a portion of the sales from their day-of specialty cocktails.

Join our founder, Kristian, while she celebrates her Rebirthday in Partnership with Kendra Scott where 20% of every purchase made from our friends/family is donated back to Pink Strength.

Palabra CC San Diego and JJ’s Island Grindz

Please come out and support this great cause. A portion of food sold at JJ’s will also be donated, so please come out and get some good food and hang out for a bit with Palabra!! We’ll also have a few vendors and a raffle!! The bears, blankets, and any money donations will go towards baskets that will be made and then given to a cancer center to give to adult & children patients to help with comfort during their chemo treatments.

In collaboration with High Tech Middle and Braveheart Barbershop & Lifestyle Co., we will be hosting an exhibition showcasing young designers' Breast Cancer Awareness posters.

Pink Strength team members guided Mr. C’s 8th grade graphic design class through the creative process, inspiring them to create something that represented their support for cancer patients.

There will also be guest speakers every hour who will share their experience with breast cancer.

Our team is looking forward to hosting an amazing celebration of creativity. See you there!

Erica’s creative endeavor provides a unique opportunity for AYA cancer patients to share their thoughts and feelings, and it’s through their creative expression that viewers gain a glimpse into an AYA survivor’s perspective.

❝ This project started as a simple (albeit terribly unlit) self-portrait that allowed me to feel ownership of my opinions and emotions. Kristian, my first "breastie" and co-founding president of the San Diego non-profit Pink Strength, was first to participate, giving me confidence that this could be something. The Under the Pencil Interactive Art Event is proudly joined by Pink Strength and their incredibly passionate team. Pink Strength's mission is to redefine life with cancer, and they certainly have helped me do so in more ways than one. VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: For Our Neighborhood x The JARO Project are hosting their first Free Surf Lesson for our underprivileged youth in 2023! They are looking for volunteers to help push kids into waves, entertain kids on the sand, and keep them safe! Also, we would love to have content creators help us capture their smiles and loan us foam boards.
